| The CORE Organization |
|
Office, industrial, and retail industry councils are maintained by the Network to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge and expertise to member firms. Within these groups are sub-councils in such diverse niches as facilities management, back office and service centers, biotech, high-tech, telecommunications, restaurants, multi-family, senior housing, hospitality, medical, and government.
These teams consistently share the "Best Practices" with CORE's specialists, therefore providing each member client with the collective understanding of trends and business applications. Through education, training, and a commitment to technology; the Network can deliver consistent client service in any number of markets and in all specialty segments. |

| The CORE Executive Team |
| Through their strategic and innovative line of thinking, the executive team remains up to date with business building opportunities for all member firms. The executive team is responsible for the day-to-day operation and marketing of the Network. In 2008, the Executive Team will focus its efforts on the strategic selection of member firms to further enhance CORE's services and technological capabilities. Additionally, the team will foster enhanced communication and streamlined reporting processes through regular Network meetings that will enforce mutual benefits, shared resources, market expertise, single point-of-responsibility, and a unified methodology for providing services to member clients. |
