CHICAGO—MB Real Estate announced today that Pamela Rose, senior vice president of Corporate Services and former founder of Chicago-based tenant representation and office brokerage company Rose & Associates, completed several transactions worth over $60 million in her first year at MB Real Estate.

Rose joined MB Real Estate as senior vice president in October 2007. Since then, she has transitioned her Rose & Associates business seamlessly into MB Real Estate’s Corporate Services division.

“Joining MB Real Estate has been wonderful,” said Rose. “It gave me the opportunity to expand the existing Rose & Associates business and to continue to provide highly personalized service to our clients,” said Rose.
 
Rose has represented several notable clients since joining the MB Real Estate team including Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture on their new Chicago office and recent expansions, and AMCOL International in their 21 year lease for a new 72,000 square foot headquarters. She has also represented VISANOW in an expansion and lease extension at 350 N. LaSalle, and represented long time client Dick Blick Holdings, Inc. in their renegotiation of their headquarters space in Highland Park.

Rose began her real estate career in the early 1980s and founded the successful Rose & Associates just three years out of college. Rose completed more than $2 billion in transactions for a variety of clients in Rose & Associates’ 25-year history, including over 20 major deals for Motorola, Inc. 

Rose balances her active career and family life with philanthropy by serving on the board of several charitable organizations. Most recently, she was named a board member of the Architecture and Design Society of the Art Institute of Chicago.
