ALLENTOWN, PA – Gene McHale and Joe O’Donnell of Beacon Commercial Real Estate, LLC completed a 28,451 square foot deal on behalf of the Landlord, CD Realty Advisors, at 2200 N. Irving Street in the Lehigh Valley Executive Campus in Allentown, PA.  The Tenant, Delta Career Educational Corporation, represented by Matt Feeney of Cresa Partners, signed a 10-year lease on the flex space.

Delta Career Educational Corporation is an educational services company that operates for-profit, postsecondary schools located all across the country.  Delta is using the space to open a new medical training facility.  They plan to take occupancy in June 2009.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

 Joe O’Donnell Brokers Sale of 150,000 SF Industrial Building

WHITEHALL, PA –Joe O’Donnell of Beacon Commercial Real Estate, LLC brokered the sale of a 150,000 square foot industrial building at 140 Mickley Road in Whitehall, PA.  O’Donnell represented the Seller, Saputo Cheese USA, Inc. in the deal.  The building is situated on 13.3 acres and was purchased by Protica, Inc. of Horsham, PA.

Protica, Inc. specializes in the development, manufacturing and sale of scientifically advanced and biologically sound nutritional products.  Protica plans to relocate its manufacturing headquarters to this location in 2009.
