PENNSAUKEN, NJ – Gene McHale and Mike Flynn of Beacon Commercial Real Estate, LLC and Dana Pike of George Comfort & Sons Inc., represented the Landlord, Lehigh Press Co., in the sale of a 115,000 square foot Industrial Warehouse building located at 7001 N. Park Drive in Pennsauken, NJ.
The building was sold to Contemporary Graphics, Inc., a graphic design and printing company located in Pennsauken. Representing Contemporary Graphics, Inc., was Alan Good of NAI Mertz.
The property is situated on 7.0 acres of land and is comprised of 85,439 SF of industrial warehouse space and 27,623 SF of office space.
