MBR EAL ESTATE REPRESENTS REGUS IN
25,771 S QUARE FOOT SHARED SPACE RELOCATION
CHICAGO, September 11, 2009 — MB Real Estate announced today that its Corporate Services division represented Regus in sublease negotiations for a new 25,771 square foot business center at 321 North Clark Street.
"We recognized the best way to meet Regus’ goals for their new Chicago location was to find available plug and play space,” said MB Real Estate Executive Vice President Daniel J. Nikitas.
Nikitas represented Regus in the new location move-in, working with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Monica
Moore, Molly Carroll, and Michael Tirpak who represented the sublessor. Mark Anderson represented
Hines’ ownership interests at the building.
