WAYNE, PA – Gene McHale, Steve Compton & Colin McHale of Beacon Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented the Landlord, GPX Realty Partners, in the lease of 19,952 square feet of office space at The Woods Office Center (983 – 999 Old Eagle School Road) in Wayne, PA.
Beacon renewed Saltz Polisher P.C., a defense litigation firm, in their 6,778 SF office space at 993 Old Eagle School Road. Saltz Polisher signed a 60 month renewal.
VitaminSpice signed a lease for 773 SF of office space at 996 Old Eagle School Road. VitaminSpice is the pioneer of a new category of vitamin-enhanced seasonings and condiments. In another deal, Nanopack Inc. signed a new lease at 985 Old Eagle School Road for 1,152 square feet of office space. The Woods Office Center is an ideal location for Nanopack Inc. due to the location and the ability to expand within the park. Representing Nanopack Inc. was JoAnne Cuddahy of Lieberman Earley & Co.
The National Healthcare Pay Network, LLC leased 11,249 SF of office space at 983 Old Eagle School Road. NHPN was represented by Beacon broker Joe O’Donnell in the deal. This location will serve as the headquarters for the Tenant, who is relocating from another office building in Wayne. NHPN is a specialized healthcare consulting firm, providing revenue cycle consulting and bill processing services to the healthcare industry.
