MB REAL ESTATE REPRESENTS PPM AMERICA ON A 75,144 SQUARE FOOT TRANSACTION

CHICAGO, September 11, 2008 — MB Real Estate announced today that its Corporate Services division represented PPM America in a 75,114 square foot lease, including a 10,000 square foot expansion and lease extension on their existing premises at 225 West Wacker. PPM will relocate operations currently on the 9th floor and take over the entire 10th floor so that they will be contiguous to their existing operations on the 11th and 12th floors.

"This transaction made sense for everyone,” said Andrew Davidson, EVP and managing director of MB Real Estate's Corporate Services group. “PPM America got concessions to take down additional space and we were able to negotiate options to take additional space in the future. From the building’s standpoint, they were able to accommodate PPM America’s growth and extend the lease on one of their best tenants.”
