ALLENTOWN, PA – Gene McHale and Joe O’Donnell of Beacon Commercial RealEstate, LLC. recently completed 3 lease deals on behalf of the Landlord, CD Realty Inc.,
at the Lehigh Valley Executive Campus in Allentown, PA.
In one transaction, AUS, a consulting firm specializing in servicing the utility industry,
has signed a 5-year, 8,600 square foot flex space lease at 894 Marcon Blvd. AUS is
establishing a new call center site at this location and plans to occupy the space sometime
in June 2008. Bob Gates of Somerset Properties represented AUS in the deal.
Also at 894 Marcon Blvd., Nikon Precision Inc. renewed its 1,000 square foot lease for
another year. Gene McHale and Joe O’Donnell represented both Nikon Precision Inc.
and CD Realty Inc. in the transaction.

McHale and O’Donnell also represented CD Realty in the renewal of DHL who occupies
38,000 square feet at 871 Marcon Blvd. in the LVEC. This location is home to one of
DHL’s distribution centers. DHL renewed for one year and was represented by Joe
McDermott of CB Richard Ellis.
